2014 Apple Keynote: iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, Apple Watch and Apple Pay

iphone 6 and iphone 6 plus
Apple's September 2014 Keynote has finished after almost 3 hours of amazing show. Apple announced this time 3 new devices and 1 new feature that will allow the company to compete in tech market.

Apple's 2014 keynote started at 9th September 2014 at 10 A.M and for the first time the company live stream the event for free on its website, but just on Safari Browser and Mac users (PC users are not welcomed!!).
One of the awaited devices that the world was excited to see is the new iPhone which has rumored to be announced in 2 models (according to rumors 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch iPhones) and this is what happened.

This article is very quick post from Netisia on just the most important features and specs in each device, because I'll write a full review for each device in a separated post.

iPhone 6 (with 4.7-inch display)

Apple announced Yesterday two iPhone models the first one is provided with 4.7-inch 1080p display (not 2K as rumored) and it's provided with 8 megapixel rear camera that can record 1080p videos and 1.2 MP front facing camera (Selfies lovers will not like this).
The phone also come with A8 64-bit processor with M8 Motion and 1GB of RAM which is very small for a big company like apple.

iPhone 6 Plus (with 5.5-inch display)

The iPhone 6 Plus is considered as the first iPhone Phablet in Apple's history and it's a little bit better than the iPhone 6.
iPhone 6 Plus is provided with 5.5-inch 1080p display and 8 megapixel rear camera that can record 1080p videos and a 1.2 MP front facing camera (You can notice that it's the same as the iPhone 6).

The processor, RAM and other parts are the same as the iPhone 6, just the battery is a little bit better (I'll talk about everything in the next post about the iPhone 6 Plus review).

Apple Watch

99% of rumors said that Apple's smartwatch will be called the iWatch but we were surprised that the company decide to call it "Apple Watch". Don't be confused because if you watched the Keynote Yesterday you'll notice that Tim Cook is also calling the Apple watch "iWatch" so I think that the new name is just to tell peoples "Don't trust rumors".

Apple Pay

In the last period and before just some days before Apple's official event some new rumors start appearing and talk about a new payment method that will replace credit cards and money.
It's true, the new feature is called "Apple Pay" which will allow you to pay, purchase anything with your iPhone.
Just you have to verify your credit card on your iPhone, then you'll be able to pay by placing your iPhone in front of a payment machine (this new feature also need a separated post).

As I said this is not a full review of what it had been announced Yesterday at Apple's 2014 keynote, it's just a quick post and a quick video about the new devices and features. Just keep updated on Netisia if you want to get everything about the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, Apple Watch and the new Apple Pay
