How to Reduce 90% Video Size with Keeping the Same HD Resolution

After exporting your project with After effect or Adobe Premiere you will notice that your short video (for example 4 minutes) has more than 1 or 2GB of size!!!. The problem here is the most of programs that reduce video size reduce also the resolution of your video.
