2014 Tablet Satisfaction Ratings Award goes for... the iPad

It's true that Apple didn't release any iDevice at 2014 but it still get the best prices and ratings from users and compete the other 2014 devices. In the past hours the company get the top number of votes in the 2014 Tablet Satisfaction Ratings from Jd Power as the most tablet to satisfy users.

Apple got The highest rate of satisfaction from Jd Power in 2014 (and 2013) for its 2013 products that's mean the company compete and won the new devices with an old device. Not just with iPad because in the past weeks the iPhone also won the same prize as the best smartphone to satisfy users.

Let's back to the tablet, the final score was like this:

1. Apple iPad (with 830 pts)
2. Samsung (with 822 pts)

The most interesting part in iPad's result is all the tests are "Among the Best" that's mean the top score, except the price which is "The Rest" that's mean between all the iPad parts,hardware,software... the only thing users don't like is the Price.

That's why J.D Power noticed that cause of the big reduction of other tablets price in the last period make peoples complain Apple, which result the reduction rate of satisfaction with the iPad compared to past years, because 25% of tablet buyers in 2014 search for the best deals and prices and they think that this is one of the most important things they want in their future tablet (the cheap price). 

But, because this award include the other parts like hardware, software and features the iPad succeed in getting the best score.

The study carried out by J.D. Power included around 2,500 Tablet users between September 2013 and February 2014 and the comparison areas covered are: 

Performance (representing 28% of the final rate) 

Ease of use (representing 22% of the final rate) 

Benefits (representing 22% of the final rate) 

Design (representing 17% of the final rate) 

Price (representing 11% of the final rate) 

It's true that the iPad is one of the best tablets in the market but Apple must think about the price in its future tablets to get more buyers, and maybe we will see Apple in the first place at 2015 again.
