Google's new smartphone Nexus 6 will be made by LG and Derived from G3

Who imagine that Google's popular android smartphone Nexus 6 will be made by the Korean company LG, I don't know why but according to some sources the Nexus 6 will be derived from LG G3 which will be released in the next june 2014.
According to Gizmodo which said the the smartphone (Nexus 6) which will be made by LG will be build on the same design as LG's next smartphone G3.
Until this moment there is any other leaks about the smartphone except some rumors that says that Nexus 6 will be provided with 64-bit processor and 16 Megapixels rear Camera, also the phone will run a modified version of Android 4.4 "KitKat". In addition , the same source said that LG will also made the first Smartwatch for Google.
