Users Will Be Able to Watch Youtube Videos Offline on Their Mobile Devices

The team of YouTube said Addressing the YouTube Creators that he is always trying to bring more views to their content, so to get a chance for more views from different peoples in different places the new service from google will help youtube creators by adding a new feature to YouTube App on mobile devices, and this feature will will help channels owners to reach their audience, even if they are not connected to the Internet.

The upcoming feature will allow users to add videos to their computers to watch for "a short period" later when there is no internet connection, and for the length of this period YouTube team alluded that this period is the time that users need in going to work per day.

It's noteworthy that this feature will be in the updates that will be launched in november, but it is not clear if this feature will be applied to all videos or some videos chosen by channel owners.
