We can say now that google joined Facebook in deleting privacy to make more money from users.
Today Google updated its Terms And Conditions to be able to use its users information in ads to get more clicks on ads, of course peoples will be able to see your photo, information... in ads.
So you can say that your profile on Google+,information,comments,photos can be used by google in ads but the company said: "If you previously told Google that you did not want your +1’s to appear in ads, then of course we’ll continue to respect that choice as a part of this updated setting". so it seems that you can stop that.

How your face appear in Google Ads?if you comment, review or rate a product so Google can choose you to be the face that appear in the ads (for everyone or just for your friends if you choose that).

The new Terms will go live on November 11, 2013, according to google the new terms will be applied just on peoples +18 years.
